a lot from him, by producing our own machines, for industrial dried fruit products. And now, with our new brand
"Muesli Ingredients", we aim to supply Turkish origin ingredients like cereals and nuts, besides dried fruits,
for muesli producers. But, by offering a short cut... You can find all ingredients for your production phase
from us, and experience our difference by shortening the process of supply chain, like finding producers,

What we do?
We store raw materials, which are supplied from different regions of Turkey, after quality control.
After processes like washing, eliminating...ect., we start cutting process of dried products, by the help of our own production gluten-free rice flour.
Our products are examined again, at our critical control point, by metal detector and x-ray examination.
According to customer demand, again, product mixtures can be prepared, based on indicated ratios. By this way labour and operational costs can be minimized.
Our products can be extra dried, according to customer demand, with our special furnace. The product humidity lowers to 10% by this process, and you can obtain a crunchy taste in your muesli mixtures.

Ingredients of
Turkey
Black Sea Region (Samsun-Ordu)
We supply our organic rice flour -which is used in dried fruit cutting process- and nuts, which are amongst our muesli ingredients, from Black Sea Region, owing to its location and climate.
Marmara Region
We supply conventional rice flour from Marmara Region. Marmara is suitable for conventional agriculture and two thirds of Turkey’s rice production is supplied from this region.
Aegean Region (Aydın - Manisa)
Aegean Region has a world ranking in fig and raisin production. So we supply our figs and raisins from this region, for Muesli Ingredients.
Southeastern Anatolia Region (Malatya)
World famous apricots are supplied from this region of Turkey.
Central Anatolia Region (Konya)
Turkey’s cereal need is supplied from Central Anatolia Region. We supply most of our cereals, like wheat and oats from this region, and dried apple from Konya.
